It started as service work
We were doing GEO for clients — content, entity structure, the whole playbook. It worked, but it took a full manual audit, by hand, every single time.
The real problem wasn't the writing
Half of what we fixed wasn't content at all. Robots.txt blocking AI crawlers, no sitemap, no structured data — the pipe was broken before a word of content ever got read.
So we built the checklist we kept re-running
We combined our own testing with published research on how AI crawlers actually parse and cite pages, and turned the scattered checklist into one deterministic tool.
It worked, on our own clients first
We started running it before touching a word of content. Fix the pipe first, and the content we wrote actually got read, then cited. Results moved faster than content work alone ever did.
So we packaged it
Same tool, now open to any agency or site owner. Fix the technical gate first — sites that clear 80 are the ones we see getting cited once the content work lands on top.
